Renting the Federal Way Senior Center
A wonderful
option: Renting the Federal Way Senior Center is a
wonderful option for your fundraiser, banquet, reception or event.
Located in a rural setting with ample parking, the center features a
kitchen, a smaller, second room, a storeroom, and restrooms. See below

Low Rental Rates: $50.00 per
hour for the Hall and Kitchen. Computer Classroom rental rates are nominally set at
$4.00/student and depend upon what programming changes will be required to
support the computer course offered and uninstall tasks. Facts

Washington (yes, even though it's called the Federal Way Senior

Main Hall capacity is 182 people

Off the Main Hall is a small rental kitchen (with
a range, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and microwave included
in the rental), a smaller room, a chair and table storeroom and
restrooms.

The main hall has a fireplace with
artificial fire insert. Wood fires are not allowed.

An outside covered area is available
with tables and benches for those who wish to use it to barbeque.
- There are a number of tables
(rectangular and circular) and chairs that can accommodate any setup
you need.
- Non-smoking facility.

Handicapped accessible.

We also have a Computer Classroom with 12 PCs
that may be rented at low rental rates. Computers are loaded with
both Windows Me or Windows XP Professional.
