option: Renting the Federal Way Senior Center is a
wonderful option for your fundraiser, banquet, reception or event.
Located in a rural setting with ample parking, the center features a
kitchen, a smaller, second room, a storeroom, and restrooms. See below

Low Rental Rates: $60.00 per
hour for the hall.

Located at 4016 S 352nd
Street in Auburn,
Washington (yes, even though it's called the Federal Way Senior

● 40 parking spaces.
● Main Hall capacity is 182 people.
● Off the Main Hall is a small rental kitchen (with
a range, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and microwave included
in the rental), a smaller room, a chair and table storeroom and
restrooms.
● The main hall has a fireplace with
artificial fire insert. Wood fires are not allowed.
● An outside covered area is available
with tables and benches for those who wish to use it to
barbeque.
● Plenty of tables
(rectangular and circular) and chairs are available to accommodate any setup
you need.
● Non-smoking facility.
● Handicapped accessible.
